送遞及自取服務 Delivery Service

送遞服務

  1. 送遞服務會由第三方供應商提供。
  2. 每次交易只能安排同一送貨地址。
  3. 所有商品需於3天前訂購,下午3時後之訂單將於下一個工作天計算。
  4. 每日運送將設限額以確保服務品質,如當天限額已滿,請選擇其他日子及時段或與客戶服務聯絡
  5. 運送服務將提供2個時段供客戶選擇,另不設指定送貨時間。
  6. 訂單一經確認,將於3天後或指定日子內送遞。
  7. 我們的送遞服務僅限於固定地址,只適用於香港島、九龍、新界(不包括其餘偏遠地區)。
  8. 如閣下希望訂單分批配送或送往多個地點,請分開訂購。
  9. 所有熟食均附上「食品安全指引」,請閣下於收到貨品後參照「食品安全指引」指示,盡快食用。
  10. 當貨品送到指定收貨地址時,顧客需要簽收貨品,以證明貨品之責任已轉移至收件人。如果收件人並非付款人,收件人的簽署已證明Bold & Concept Limited已完成發貨及送貨之責任。
  11. 當8號或以上熱帶氣旋信號、紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效時或在我們判斷為進行送貨並不安全的天氣情況下,送貨服務時間將會延遲或另作安排。 所有已確認或付款的訂單恕不設更改、退貨或退款。
  12. 附加費用:請填寫收貨人的完整資料。如因收貨人資料欠完整或不正確而導致額外派送次數,我們保留追收附加運費的權利。
  13. 所有已確認或付款的訂單恕不設更改、退貨或退款。

  15. 如有任何爭議,Bold & Concept Limited保留最終決定權。

自取服務

  1. 訂購商品每日自取將設限額以確保服務品質,如當天限額已滿,請選擇其他日子及時段或與客戶服務聯絡
  2. 提取訂購商品時,請向職員出示確認電郵/訊息內的訂單編號。
  3. 如欲查詢訂單詳情/店舖營業時間,請與客戶服務聯絡
  4. 除特別註明外,請於所選取的指定的日期內提取已選購之商品。如逾期提取,我們將保留取消該訂單的權利。

Delivery

  1. Delivery service is provide by 3 rd Party.
  2. Each transaction can be delivery to a single address only.
  3. All product or redemption items must order at least 3 days in advance. All order placed after 3:00pm will be proceeded in the next working day.
  4. Quota of delivery is set to ensure the service quality. Please select another delivery date or contact our customer service if it had reach the quota limits.
  5. We offer 2 time slot for delivery service. Specific delivery time is not available.
  6. Deliveries will be made within three working days/ on designated date after the order is successfully placed.
  7. Delivery service is only available at addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (excluding other remote areas).
  8. Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations or partially, please place your order separately.
  9. Please follow the “Food Safety Guide” instruction to reheat the product, and consumed as soon as possible after receiving.
  10. Upon receipt of items, we require your signature representing that responsibilities of purchased goods have been transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, then you accept that the signature by recipient is an evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Bold & Concept Limited.
  11. Delivery service will be delayed or rearranged if the Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 (or above) is hoisted, or under any weather condition deemed unsuitable for delivery.
  12. Additional Charge: The recipient’s contact information must be completed in full. We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.
  13. No order amendment, exchange or refund will be accommodated after order confirmation or payment.

Self-pickup

  1. Quota of self-pickup is set to ensure the service quality. Please select another delivery date or contact our customer service if it had reach the quota limits.
  2. Please present the order confirmation upon pickup.
  3. If any inquiries/ questions, please contact our customer service.
  4. Products must be collected on the chosen pick-up date. We reserve the right to forfeit the order if the order is not collected timely.
